Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from quoting to closing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain high retention rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Qualifications:
  • Active Florida 2-20 General Lines (P&C) License 4-40 license - required
  • Prior P&C sales experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
